The hotel was clean and comfortable. We intended to stay more central for convenience but found this hotel sufficient for our 1 night stay. The breakfast was alright. Parking good. It was quiet even though we were next to the airport.

I stayed here whilst needing to work in Innsbruck, and it was one of the only hotels available near which had free parking. Fabulous breakfast, good view from gym and easy access to airport or town. Slick free travel arrangement for skiing at Axamer Lizum. Staff were really helpful and the evening meals were good value if you don't fancy going out. I will be staying here again as a gateway hotel to the alps.

I stayed at this hotel as it is literally at Innsbruck airport - you can walk to the terminal so we were really pleased to drop our hire car back the evening before the flight and take this hassle away from an early morning flight. Don't worry, you can't hear the planes so I had a great night of sleep.... More

The Penz west does what it says on the tin. Great location just outside town. Very friendly staff, clean and airy rooms and a great breakfast. 10 mins from the old town and v close to airport but you are not disturbed by planes. As a base or for business this is a good choice

Very good location. Practical as it's near the airport and right next to bus stop. Amazing views of mountains and big windows. Would definitely come again. Pizza place over the road.Good service.Posh bathroom, nice desk, fridge.Not far from city centre. Only 15 mins on bus.
