I'm a bit late writing this review, as we stayed there in September 2012. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the pedestrianised centre of Kitzbuhel with all its shops and bars. Good hotel, decent location. We had a terrible greeting from reception upon arrival, what they could get wrong, they did get wrong. Manager was quick to apologize. This hotel is beautifully decorated the food is first class and you would find it very hard to find fault until you go to bed the piano bar is so loud that for 3 nights I was unable to sleep until 2am the Kareoke nearly sent me insane their was not any apologies from the manager he left a young... The hotel overall is absolutely exceptional, with great service and great staff. We received a room upgrade with a sauna in our room and an amazing view. The hotel has a valet parking and they take your car to the garage and they unload all your luggage. If you have skies, they take them to the ski room, perfect service.... More

Schwarzer Adler confirms its high standards, also after the recent restructuring. It was the first time for us the refurbishment and we found everything absolutely in order. From the room standard, very clean and well equipped, to breakfast and swimming pool. Staff very friendly and helpful

Back in kitz. Same again. Food, ambience and staff fab. Ski and sun also. Dining experience exceptional. Stored skis at element 3 close to hahnenkanm lift at hotels arrangement. Dining on piste try son bushel.
