Booked hotel early and then were concerned when read reviews posted this summer. Need not have worried. Very good hotel. Lovely room - at front of hotel but not especially noisy. Excellent breakfast. Good evening meals. Happy to provide jugs of water with evening meal. Pleasant service. Very central location - immediately outside city walls. Very nice wellness facilities -... more

You will find this hotel in an ideal location near the heart of the town. The hotel is very clean and comfortable with tastefull rooms with contemporary bathrooms and a mini lounge area. Try and ask for a room at the rear as there is noise very late at night coming from across the road at the London Pub. The... more

travelled with husband & 2 friends, somewhat concerned to read adverse reports for this summer , what we found was a hotel where staff were most welcoming, service was excellent, as 4 foodies we found the food fantastic, the 5 course dinner was superb each evening, very talented inventive chef. The breakfast catered for all needs & we found that... more

There is no doubt that this is a classy hotel and the staff are very friendly. The location is good in that you are only a few yards from the hub of the town and, for young children, the proximity of the Aquarena complex is better than having a small hotel pool (free use with the great value lift pass).... more

We were very impressed with our room. Spacious with seating area and decorated to a very high standard. Separate WC. Good job we had tool kit as shower attachment needed tightening on more than one occasion. Word of warning unless you pay for balcony all the english guests seem to be placed at front of hotel where late night noise... more

although hotel was 4 star when it came to evening meal as we were on a package holiday we were placed in a small room which was very hot and poorly ventilated and the service was poor as the staff favoured the diners in the paying restaurant we felt that we were an inconvienience to the hotel more

Stayed 1 week half board. Arrived at hotel which is lovely and central for all amenities (shops, bars, supermarkets, lifts, buses, trains etc). The room was spacious and spotlessly clean - our room was at the front of the hotel with nice view to church and Wilder Kaiser mountains in background. Things looked good....... until we went for dinner... the 'salad selection' with... more

One week visit booked through local travel agent for single traveller with walking disability. Half Board with Inghams. Well, without a doubt the most stress-free holiday I have ever had. On arrival at the hotel, the first impression of it (just being off a side street in the town) is slightly misleading. This is a family owned and family run... more

There are some hotels that really stand out for service and the Sporthotel Reisch is one. Perhaps it's because it remains family owned and isn't part of some huge, impersonal conglomerate. Regardless, the service from all members of staff was top class and helped make our week's stay in Kitzbuhel so memorable. The hotel is located right in the heart... more

Great hotel, very close to the main gondola. Breakfast was amazing and the 4 course evening meal was superb. Apres ski at the outside bar was fantastic, as was the hotel atmosphere generally. The staff were all friendly and polite. Four of us had a great time at this well run family hotel. We will certainly return and I would... more
