Stayed at the Vordergrub hotel during March 2008, we had a nice room, though no english tv, with plenty of space for ourselves and our three year old daughter.
Small balcony which was communal, with limited view of mountains, although not bad at all.
Food - very good quality, attentive service, we were impressed with the helpfulness towards children/highchair/ cold plates for children etc.
Only negative point to mention would be the distance from Kitzbuhel centre which needs planning to avoid missing last bus back to hotel othewise you will incur a taxi cost or a reasonably long walk back. (40 minutes)
Not ideal for people looking for nightlife, but as we had a young child this was not an issue.

We arrived by train, and were picked up from the train station by a member of staff . - which was a nice touch. more
