Well, it was what it was: a business type hotel near the train station. Like chain hotels in the States, it wasn't terribly individual or interesting, but it DID have AC and a great location for us, about a ten minute walk to Lake Constance and a ten minute walk into town. I booked this hotel partly because it was so close to the train station - and arriving late in the evening, it was great having just a few minutes walk to the property. This hotel is very convenient to anyone attending the opera performance at the Bodensee. It is very close to the train station as well. It is somewhat plain, as are the other Ibis' hotels we have stayed in. Good buffet breakfast. There is an extra daily charge for parking in their lot. Free use of Internet in the lobby. more
