Three of us stayed in Apartment #4. Everything was clean and nicely furnished (Ikea furniture). Location is not bad; a short ride from city center either by Metro or streetcar. Neighbourhood is mostly residenal; feels safe and quiet. We never get to meet the owner; we only communicated in emails before the trip, and had the payment and entrance key arranged in advanced. There was no surprises, it is pretty much as described in the website and the information they provided. I would go back if I were to visit Vienna again. more
