Excellent location but beyond that, nothing great. Rooms were very tired, small is to be expected but threadbare carpets and peeling wallpaper don't conjure up "palais" in my mind. Breakfast Staff is extremely underskilled (close to unfriendly, but mostly because simply not well educated for their job) Hotel is old and offers a lot, but lacks a well motivated team (at least this is true for the peapole which the guests have to deal with regularly)

I have stayed here a few times already. The first choice whenever I visit Vienna. Location is very god, just a few minutes walk from CAT station where you can get a direct link to the International Airport. Rooms are pretty nice and clean. Internet is free and Breakfast is excellent. Recomended

Terrible hotel and so is the service, imagine that while our group was checking in a couple if our colleagues ha their bags stolen from the lobby. As per me 5 thumbs down for this hotel. Would never go back
