Very nice, classic European hotel. While everything is well done and up to date, the rooms are on the small side and bathrooms are too small (would describe as close to tiny). Location is within easy walking distance to many central Vienna sights, including Hofburg Palace and St. Stephen's cathedral. A little longer walk will bring you to Belvedere Palace.... more

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com, choosing a superior room for £270 room only. Great Large room, decorated to make you feel like a royal diplomat, excellent bathroom (double sink basins,bath and shower ) and finally , the location. It is absolutely an amazing experience that my family and I getting addicted to it. I have been to so many hotels around the world. Just got back from 4 nights at the Bristol and absolutely loved it. I don't think there is a better located hotel in Vienna. The Bristol is walking distance to all of the central museums, the shopping district, the Spanish Riding stables, the opera...everything! And if it's not, right out the front door are major subway and street train stops.... more
