Our stay at the Mercure was very nice. We were in Room 420 which is very large and has a good view. The breakfast were very satisfying with all kinds of options including freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff was wonderful-so sweet and helpful. I spent 12 nights recently at this hotel, and from all aspects found it very good. The location is excellent - 3 minutes from the Nachsmarkt, 2 minutes from the metro stop & 10 minutes from the Hofburg Palace & Museums Quartier.
