Best location, near opera, freindly owners and stuff, a real pleasure! Nice flats and rooms, exellent breakfast! Warmly recomended, will be happy to stay again. Good for families, couples, every body!

Clean but basic rooms in centre of Vienna by the opera, walking distance to majority of the sites in Vienna. The staff are very helpful. Buffett breakfast is adequate. I doubt it very much if you can get a better room during Easter holiday for 115 euro per night. We stayed here for 4 nights.

we stayed three days in march in this thotel and we were very happy with that hotel. Great location, very helpfull staff, clean, attractive rooms and delicious breakfastbufffet. Best price value and we definitely stay again when we return to vienna !

Pension Suzanne made our recent stay in Vienna so much more enjoyable. We walked everywhere, well sustained from a generous breakfast buffet. It is steps from the opera house as well as the main pedestrian mall in the downtown area. Main assets are the friendly staff, efficient room cleaning, secure entry, lots of hot water and oh those breakfasts!!

Have sent several friends and fmaily members here nad they all say the same thing: For the price, you can't get a better location in Vienna.Clean, comfortable accomodations within walking dsitance to attractions.

Located just down from the Opera and within walking distance of pretty much everything you want to see in Vienna, Pension Suzanne is a feat base for a stay. Not posh, though the rooms have a good simple Viennese feel and ae clean & quiet. The breakfast is good. Friendly, helpful service from the staff, with good English language skills.

This was one of the best values on our recent month long tour in Europe. The Pension was immaculate, super friendly, helpful and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. We will stay there again the next time we visit Vienna and have recommended the pension to all of our friends.
