Hotel is nice, very centrally located. Ideal for shopping. The service is good and the breakfast is quite nice in a small cozy restaurant. The downside of it is that some rooms are too small and the walls, doors not well isolated, so you can here all people walking on your floor. I asked for a bigger room as mine... more

Excellent location, friendly staff, plenty of amenities, superb breakfast and decent shower/bath - but let down by this being the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel is in a good location near Opera House, Sacher Hotel, & Kartnerstrasse (shopping street). We stayed on the executive floor which was an 80 Euro per night extra charge to get air- conditioning. Standard rooms are NOT air-conditioned.
