This hotel is far from 4 stars, especially where service is considered. No one would open the door or help you with luggage. The two ladies at the front desk were plain rude, looked bored and there wasn't a friendly welcome at all. We had to remind them 3 times of the type of rooms booked, exterior, double bed, etc......
