Despite the 15min service guarantuee, we had to wait 1 hour for check-in and get our keys. This is the ONLY hotel which ask the credit card again before providing the room keys. Unbelievable! The rooms were not really clean with special bad smell... Breakfast was okay, nothing special. (does not worth 11EUR but I do not care)

The hotel is quite and good sleeping guaranteed. The location is not as I expected but is 5 min walk from the ubahn & tram station that will take around 15 min. to be in the city centre. The east of hotel is the river banks that are just good to walk in.
