A super hotel. The staff are very friendly & helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. Kaiserhof Wien was the perfect choice for us. We could not find a negative comment! We stayed here just before Christmas with our 3 year old and were delighted. All the positive reviews are true, this hotel is fabulous. Convenient location, close to U station and walkable to the Opera/the Ring. Rooms are very nice, modern, clean. Most of the other reviews seem to have it spot on so there is not much point with repetition for the sake of it. Just to endorse that this is probably as good as you can get for this kind of budget.
