The Kaiserhof was our splurge hotel for four nights during a three week trip to Austria. It's a small family style hotel with five star finishes and services. This is an absolute gem of a hotel. We loved everything about it. The staff were friendly and warm and nothing was too much trouble. Stayed 5 days this August. 2 adults. Hotel clean and staff very friendly and helpful. 5 mins walk Kaizerplatz U station and Karlskirk. 10 mins to Opera and inner stadt.
