Great front desk staff. Answered all questions that saved me time, money and enhanced the Vienna experience. Public transportation was easily accessible. Tram D, in front of the hotel, gets you to city center in 20 minutes. The underground is just a 5 minute walk. more

This is not a 4 stars Hotel! It is old (not renovated) and rooms decorated with out of fashion furniture. Bathrooms are dirty including hairs in the shower and wc tap broken. But the most discusting thing about this hotel is the nasty smell (I assume coming from the kitchen) in the hall and corridors. I DON´T RECOMEND THIS HOTEL... more
