Stayed while on a conference in Vienna and found the whole experience a delight! Staff were all polite and couldn't be more helpful Rooms were more like an apartment with small kitchen area and large bedroom area and good sized bathroom. Great location for this hotel. Ok there was no airconditioning but they did supply fans. We had 1 double and two singles and all three rooms were very large - more like suites. The staff were very helpful and the rooms clean and breakfast was good. If we were to go to Vienna again we would stay there again. more

We stayed at the Cordial over New Year, we were withing walking distance of the Rathaus and older parts of Vienna. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Sonia on Reception (hope I've remembered her name correctly!).
