Stayed on this hotel on Apr 08 for a weekend. It was partially under construction, but close to a nice park and also close to subway which is pretty important if you are interested in visiting places. While checking in, a credit card is requested for 'just in case' even if the room was prepaid. As its not mentioned anywhere... more
I stayed at Regina for four days in June 2008 and the price was quite okay (Euro 2008 at the same time) but it was not a four star hotel, more like a three star hotel... There are a lot of nice restaurants close by and the hotel is only around 5-10 min walk from the city center - great... more
because building works are going on we found a steeply discounted rate for three nights at this hotel - we were assured by phone that we would not affected by noise, and this was true. apart from a little dust off the main reception area and some building materials/crane outside we didn't notice - this might have been because the... more

They had a business center, VERY friendly and helpful staff, a... more
I did enjoy staying at the Regina and there were lots of positives - the breakfasts are great, the staff were very helpful, the location was perfect. However the hotel is undergoing some refurbishment and we were woken up very early the first morning by banging. However we complained to staff and then we were offered a choice of rooms... more
The hotel regina is in a very good location to spend time walking around Vienna. It is also very close to the metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The only downside was the bed was very "lumpy" and as non smokers the smell of cigarete smoke was... more
Three of us stayed at the Hotel Regina for a long weekend. We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, who were very helpful and spoke good English. The room was light, airy and quite big enough for 3 people. The bathroom was very clean and well lit. There was a safe in the room, which was easy to operate... more
