Personal service began before the trip when we received an email offering assistance to arrange transportation from the airport. As previously stated in other reviews, the Kaiserin Elisabeth Hotel is a classic, traditional building in a perfect location. We were able to walk anywhere within the innerstadt in 10 minutes or less. Furthermore regardless of it being just 20 meters off the main shopping streets there was no noise in the evening. We choose this hotel for it´s location in Viennas center. We found an incredible staff, they let us have a very nice salon for a family gathering, they provided everything needed free of charge.
