For a first time traveller to Vienna, I found it very practical. Easy access from the airport and station and easy access to the sights in the city. Good and clean hotel. But dont expect a warm and friendly or homely atmosphere. The staff is not trained to smile.

The only problem with this hotel is that it is absolutely roasting hot! You can cool it down by opening the balcony door but it is on a very traffic filled street from very early until well past breakfast and I am sure would be have been noisier if there the construction across the road wasn't halted by the snow....
