Easy access on the tram system from the city centre. Quiet residential area. Good selection of local shops. Friendly reception staff, large rooms (no shower curtain in en suite baths), clean and comfortable. Nice lounge/bar with reasonably priced internet access. Good, plentiful continental breakfast. more

Location is nice. In spring and summer, this hotel will be too hot. There are no airconditioned rooms. A room at the streetside: extremely noisy all night long. Breakfast: basis, but when the hotel is fully booked, kitchen is a chaos. On departure, we got an early morning breakfast (at 4.15 a.m.). So, some staf is 'polite', others are friendly. more

Stayed here from 30th March - 2nd April. Our rooms were pretty big and our beds were comfortable. Bathroom area was good except the shower part of the bath - there was no partition to stop the water going everywhere, so I had to shower with the toilet seat cover down so as not to get the seat wet. Vienna gets really packed during Sylvester and because of some problems we were pretty late to book a hotel. There are many hotels in Vienna, however during this period most of them are full and the ones which are empty are real expensive. We booked this hotel for a conference in July 2006. For a moderately priced hotel, the room size was great. Although we requested a room for two and they just slid together two twin beds, so that was kind of annoying. The free breakfast was decent. The location was great -- that's the only really positive point about this hotel.... more
