My husband & I stayed 2 nights at the Penta Wien in March 2008. It was comfortable and convenient to access to the airport. It is just outside the city centre and we found a tram that took us to the Ring in about 10 minutes, so it was quite convenient. The breakfast buffet was good and the hotel staff... more

My husband and I have stayed at the Penta (now the Imperial Riding School) twice and will be returning in April to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary as we feel so comfortable there. My boyfriend and I stayed at the Penta over New Year. Although it was a little expensive it was definately worth it. The room was typical of a large hotel with basic enough furnishings but the beds were a dream come true. We both agreed that the five nights we stayed were the best five nights sleep of our lives!!!!... more

Outstanding service from the entire hotel staff - truly went out of their way to make it a memorable trip for the family... The station is right next to the hotel (even fine to carry heavy suitcases as long as they have wheels) - from there, very easy to commute into the centre of Vienna (U2) - just one stop... more
