For the amount of money this hotel charges, you should expect a lot and receive a lot. Unfortunately we received a lot form this hotel, a lot of trouble. To begin, the hotel is well located for public transport. An S-Bahn train station is just behind the hotel, from which you can catch either a suburban line out to the... more

This was by far the nicest hotel we had on our trip. We stayed in the Club level which included free mini bar, hot breakfast and afternoon/evening snacks. We also booked two weeks in advance which saved alot. The S-bahn stop is behind hotel and is two stops away from the cedntral platz. Also the tram runs in front of... more

We're just back from seven hotels in 25 days, and this was our favorite, replacing Renaissance Chancery Court in London. We flew in from Zurich and took the train to Renwegg, a short walk to the hotel. Check-in was easy, and we had one of the old Club rooms on the seventh floor, very nice and quiet. Breakfast in the... more

The hotel is clean, the location is alright (close to a train/subway station, about 20 minutes walk into the centre), the price is high, but fine compared to other hotels in Vienna. The name of this hotel is however more impressive than the actual hotel. It belongs to an Amercan hotel chain and is indeed very Amercan. The lobby is... more

We were staing for three night at this hotel in Vienna and we loved every minute. We had Cloub Lounge access, minibar and internet included in our rate. The room itself was nice Suite although you can tell the hotel has been built some time ago and it is not brand new. But still nice and very ocmfortable with new... more

We have a small group of like minded friends who travel frequently , visiting European Capital cities. In doing so, we have in the past, experienced many wondeful hotels. This particular hotel comes very near to topping the list. We visited Vienna between Saturday 9th May and Monday 11th May 2009. Prior to the actual visit, we received several emails... more

We had a very enjoyable stay here. I agree with other reviews that this may not be the most scenic of locations, but I think this is reflected in the price. Rennweg S-Bahn station is about 300 metres away (which goes to the airport) and there's a tram stop just outside. The room was large, comfortable and clean. If I... more

I stayed here from April 27 to May 4, 2009 in a Club Room on the 7th floor. The room was wonderful with a large, comfortable King Size bed, large desk, large windows, large screen TV and very nice bath. My room looked out over the street, but I could here no noise whatsoever. The Club Room Breakfast Buffet was... more

The hotel is nice - large property and good rooms. The location has no real views and it is a bit distant from the main tourist areas but the local transport is quite convenient and makes up for it. more

If you are from outside Austria, watch out! This hotel charged me $400 because we accidentally double booked the room. I made a reservation and so did my wife. We cancelled one, but forgot the other. Their response to my mistake was -- too bad, you owe us the money. Hardly the kind of hospitality you expect from the Marriot... more
