Very clean room, well maintained. Small fridge is the mini-bar, but still has enough space to store a couple bottles of water or dinner leftovers. Early check-in was allowed. Buffet breakfast each morning was included in our room rate and was plentiful, varied and tasty - kept us going for a good part of the day. Proximity to U-bahn and... more

We were on a tour and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is located southwest of the center of the city, close to the Schonbrunn Palace. However, transportation into the center is easy since the U-Banh is right across the street. There is much to like about this place. The beds were comfortable, 2 pillows for each bed... more

Probably not the cheapest hotel available, but couldn't fault it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. At our request the 4 feather pillows and duvet were replaced for non-allergenics at 10pm without any complaint or drama. Very convenient for public transport into the centre and to the main train stations. We had a lovely swim... more

I stayed in August and the hotel was overrun literally. I waited one morning for 1/2 hour just to sit down. The second morning I didn't have that much time so I stood and ate a bowl of cereal. I don't know what was going on, but I would have thought that after the first day's experience they would do... more

We stayed in this hotel on our 3 day trip to Vienna and it was a very enjoyable experience. First of all, we booked a double room for promotion price which was really nice, though breakfast was excluded. But the room was quite big, the bed was extremely comfortable, everything was clean and pleasant. It had everything that is written... more

There were over 400 Americans who flooded this hotel the week of August 3rd. We were attending a convention at a stadium where there were almost 40,000 people. It was a lovely first impression of what was to be a delightful week. The staff made sure we were all comfortable, and were so friendly and accomodating. We slept so well... more

My family of 8 recently stayed as part of a large group visiting Vienna for a convention. Despite having a full hotel & hundreds of guests, the staff & service was incredible. You will have all a hotel amenties with service you don't find except in a B & B or 5 Star accomodations. The breakast & wait staff was... more

Found an eBay deal for a weekend stay at this hotel, would otherwise not have been able to afford it. With that voucher, yes, it was good value. Otherwise maybe not so much. If you don't get breakfast buffet included in your stay, don't pay for it. It's 15 euro and it's nicer to have Wiener frühstück in a café... more

We spent two nights at the Renaissance Wien (one night was free...thanks Marriott Points!) and greatly enjoyed our stay. The other reviews are right: it's not right downtown, but you are still very much in the city and it was a very short and easy five-stop subway ride to reach central Vienna. In fact, enough can't be said about how... more

Stayed on a Saturday and Sunday night. The hotel seemed busy but we did not hear anything in our room. We had a regular room with a King bed and cot set up for our younger child. The cot was already set up, which was nice. The room was a great size, especially for a European hotel. The bed was... more
