This is a solid hotel in Vienna. It's nothing super-special, but it's fine. The beds are okay, the bathrooms are okay, and the staff is fine. Unfortunately, there is no internet access except in the lobby with a horrible computer. The wi-fi is from T-mobile from an outside source, not in the hotel. Good location and breakfast, only 5 minutes walk from the Westbanhof train station. Downside is that the bed we had in room 407 was really uncomfortable, the pillows were dreadful and we had two single duvets on the double bed. Good breakfast and shower though. more

Stayed here on a business trip for 4 nights. Terrible. Rooms were small and everything was old (not retro as they claimed). Most of hotel in serious need of renovation.
