I have mixed feelings about its location. On the plus side, it is located on the same block as the Belvedere Palace. It is 3 minute walk from the S-barn station Rennweg and tram 71 stop. Location is ok, very far though from the Museum quartier. By foot 15 minutes to the old down, though the tram connection is good. Despite of that - I prefer this location because of its adjacency to the Belvedere gardens, which are simply marvellous. Exactly what you would expect from a chain hotel such as this one. Clean, central, friendly staff, well appointed rooms. We paid just under 80 euro a night for a room here, which was a special deal available on their website (early bird special). Also found them on lastminute.com. I'm just back from a long weekend in Vienna. This hotel is great! Very central - short walk into town and there's a train station situated near by too. I simply cannt fault this hotel. We stayed on the 3rd floor corner room which was very large. There were windows on 2 walls so it was lovely and bright. Average hotel. Location is not bad, close to Belvedere Palace. . To get the most from Vienna, public transport (tram) or taxi are your option. Room was average size, comfy bed and clean bathroom. We spent 2 nights at the NH belvedere and had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
