When we first booked this hotel it was in the Tripadvisor top 20 Vienna Hotels and we're not sure why it has slipped down the ratings. I have to say from the first contact with the hotel the customer service was first class. Happy to arrange a taxi to collect us at the hotel and provide information on tours etc.... more
