I agree wit somebody which said "most likely it's a student dorm". The good thing is the location close to the Ring. The bad ting is the car parking costs 20 euro/day. I stayed for a month at the Atlas Hotel with a law school group from New Orleans. The Atlas is pretty clean, it has a good restaurant/bar downstairs and the Price is good. Good location, decent breakfast, helpful staff, and was decently priced. However, it was quite hot, and there was no fan in the room. It was a bit uncomfortable. The bed was quite small, and very hard. I usually am content with the basics, but in this case I would not go back to this hotel and choose a better place. more
