We stayed at this hotel over the easter break. It should definitely have one of its 4 stars knocked off. Staff were very brisque. Breakfast ends at 10.00 a.m. sharp. This hotel had everything we were looking for: comfort, convenience, helpful and courteous staff. With a location only about a block from the nearest tram stop, we really couldn't have asked for a better place. The hotel restaurant was excellent, especially for breakfast. We will definitely return to Vienna, and this hotel will be our first choice for accommodations. more
