I can't really begin to describe how beautiful the place was. The city quarter was nice with basic service nearby, an U-bahn station within five minutes for example. The staff is friendly, the breakfast was a nice surprise (finally some decent coffee for me, a traveller without it for 2 months). more

I found its flyer in a Prague hostel. The owner is an older guy and was there all the time. Brekfast was a bit poor but plenty. Location is perfect, right at the main shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse. Over all nice place fro budget travellers. more

Ruthensteiner is a little away from main attractions, but the UBahn is nearby and you can get everywhere then. The hostel itself is pretty fantastic with everything you could want including a bar, with nice touches such as guitars on the wall for people to play, so things get musical most nights. A great place to stay. The first room I stayed in, an 8 bed dorm, was awesome. The second room, a four bed dorm, was not as roomy. The shower in the room is great, reading light is very useful and people were really nice. If you are travelling alone, i would definitely recommend it. more

I stayed here just one night with my 16 year old niece in a girl's room in the Summer House. We absolutely loved this hostel! The staff is extremely friendly/helpful and the atmosphere is friendly/relaxed. The room was clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the smoke-free aspect. more
