Welcome to the rooms, the new hip bed&breakfast in Vienna. The rooms, a family run 3 room design bed & breakfast, is located in a newly built house in a green and quiet neighbourhood next to the old danube river. All rooms are different and individually designed and offer an interesting athmosphere and lots of space. A big porch and a garden are available for the guests. A spacious bathroom and satellite TV are standard in all the rooms. There is plenty of space for parking just outside the house. The subway station Kagran is just a 2 minute walk away from the rooms. By train one can reach the Austria Center and the Vienna International Center within 2 minutes, the city center Stephansplatz just within 9 minutes. Entertainment, shopping facilities and restaurants one can find in the shopping mall Donauzentrum, which is also just a 5 minute walk away. more » « less

We really enjoyed our 3 day holiday at the rooms. Great rooms full of individual taste and touch, clearly boutique standard. Very friendly owners. delicious breakfast. Especially the home made jams will make us return.... more

Although this B&B is located in a quiet location and getting to the city center is easy with the metro, we would not return. While our room, Relaxation, was pretty, there wasn't any soundproofing at all between the rooms, so every cough or conversation could be heard. Nice small home, large room. Out of the center of town, which makes it quiet, but also requires a subway ride to get to the center. The subway station is quite close, though. What a great place to stay at! Located in a green and quiet area yet so close to the center. Amazing decoration and design, wonderful breakfast. Fabulous river side restaurants nearby. The hosts Eva and Joshua were a great help with recommendations about what to explore in the city. We'll be back! more

Staying at The Rooms Bed and Breakfast was absolutely wonderful! I stayed with Eva and Joshua for 35 days and I can say that I will definitely stay with them again when I go back to Vienna. Everything about their B&B was greatfrom the location (2 minute walk to the metro...12 minute walk to UNO city), to the nice rooms.... more
