We visited Wien for 4 days with my wife and daughter of 1 & 1/2 years old. We really appreciated the location of the hostel (near Schönbrunn). Room and bed are very confortable (room facilities are ok and the room itself is very clean which we appreciated a lot for our daughter). We also received nice welcome from the staff... more

this is a very bad place,good location, close to public transit but the breakfeast is terrible.the hotel is run down and antiquated.the desk staff is unctous but useless.the rooms are cramped and hard to get around. go elsewhere. more

This hotel is terrible. I found out 8 flaws when I arrived.: the safe was closed, no dryer (got one), no electric stream in the bathroom, etc. So, the manager's daughter who assists her mom in running the place, asked what was wrong with ME, always complaining. The service is unprofessional and not courtious. There is no 24 hours receptionists.... more
