We stay in this hotel last September for 2 days. The room only provide the basic amenities, don’t expect coffee or tea even kettle. A good hotel but located in a slightly depressed area. The hotel staff are outstanding. Breakfast is excellent and only Euros 5. Good Metro and tram lines only a few hundred yards away. more

Two laptops and one camera was stolen from my room by the cleaning staff!! Manager and staff did nothing about it and was not helpful at all, although they know his cleaning staff!!. I called the police etc. I'll never go to there again and I strongy advise it to yout to. Beside that the walls are dirty stained... more

A good hotel for the cost. Away from downtown but a 5 minute walk to the Underground. Kind of noisy at night if located in the wrong rooms. No air conditioning can make rooms quite hot in summer. Breakfast was OK for the cost. They charge extra for car parking inside the hotel building. Free internet in the hotel lobby.... more

no air conditioning, refrigerator in rooms, you whitewash the walls of rooms, hallways and on. the worst is that I steal from the rooms, with the tacit agreement of the manager from the point of view it does not recommend or go everyday goods at the reception. We stayed here for 4 nights and would like to recommend this hotel to everyone! Location is quite good, easy to reach old town (15 min). Staff is very helpful and nice. Rooms are very clean and big. This hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the tram or underground station and then a 10 to 15 minutes ride to the city center. Me and my wife we stayed here only one night (26-to-27 of May), waiting for our flight departure to Tenerife. The Hotel is nor far from the City Center and can be reached by metro either by tram (Alserstrasse Station).
