The rooms are basic but clean, tidy and warm. My room was a double at the front of the building. It had a new en-suite shower room with a powerful warm shower. The bed was comfortable and duvet was warm. The wifi was freely available in the room with a strong signal. I enjoyed the breakfast, it was your usual... More

Good budget hotel, centrally located near public transportation (trams, buses, Schottentor metro station); if you like to walk, you can get to many major attractions in 10 minutes. Staff was nice and helpful, on our arrival they gave us a map and directions. Breakfast consisted of cheese, ham, bread, pastries, orange juice, cereal, milk, coffee (delicious!) and yogurt (loved it!).... More

We recently visited the Pension Liechtenstein on the Horlgasse in Vienna. It is an excellent choice to stay. You will have the convenience of a hotel, good breakfast in the morning and the staff is willing to help you with all your requests. Nice rooms with wooden floors and the beds are alright. The only think that may bother you,... More

My husband, two teenage children and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of June. We chose this hotel because of its reasonable price (333 Euros total for a quadruple room, which included breakfast). We also chose it due to its proximity to the Ringstrasse and the historic district. Most of the historical sites were within a very... More

My husband, adult daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights (June 21-22, 2011), along with my brother and nephew in another room. Our rooms were actually in another building down the street and around the corner. We had a locked entrance from the street and then there were two locked rooms off of the small entry-way. Our triple room... More

Noise from outside was a disturbing thing but it was to be compromised taking into consideration its location. Before you get panicked let me say if was not that big problem. Very close to main city… which means you have all amenities and attractions available nearby only. The people working as staffs in the hotel were professional. They cared a... More

The pension is strategically located very near to the city centre and we just explored almost all the places of interest in Vienna on foot. As we wanted a family room for 5 we were taken to another building just 3 mins. down the road. The room looked recently refurbished, spacious and comfortable and there was a double bed and... More

We stayed in the hotel several days ago. The room was big and airy and equipped with all necessary stuff. The host was nice, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is superb: in a walking distance from main city spots, 2 minutes away from the subway. The only drawback was the noise from the street (our windows faced... More

My room was small but neat and everything in the bathroom worked just fine. The reception of the TV channels was good. The location of Pension Liechtenstein is excellent, many of Vienna's sights are within walking distance. I also liked the staff. The room is very hot summer as there is no AC but the staff offered me a fan,... More
