I stayed here for a business trip in June. The hotel is too far away from everything and eating in the hotel is incredibly expensive. 15,50 € for a sandwich. The staff are very very friendly, but overall it wasn't worth the price tag. Also, the internet connection is very slow. more

I stayed at the Kaiserwasser for a conference at the nearby Austria Centre, but would not do so again purely because of the location. Away from the centre of town, but a very short U-Bahn ride (10 mins) to get to the heart of Vienna. Bit of a typical, boring business Hotel, but clean & efficient. Parking is extra and is in an open garage under the hotel. more

The hotel was clean and comfortable.Breakfast and lunch were excellent.Reception and house keeping were good.The location of the hotel was very convenient.Arrangements like site seeing,airport pickup and airportdrop were good. One night business trip here - and very impressed. Perfectly positioned for the conference centre and right by the metro if you want to go anywhere else. Nice and new hotel ; was opened in July , 2007 . Confortable rooms ; also the breakfast is ok. Location , depsite the fact that is not central you have a nice option to get there being near the metro station . more

Hotel staff was nice. The hotel is located across the street from a subway stop. This is the closest hotel we could find to the center at a reasonable price. The hotel was very clean and the room was of average size. The pillows were thin and horrible. This hotel is perfect for travelers and business people. more
