Even if my room was "non-smoking" there was a really bad smell. The window was inside a silly covered balcony. Light could get in, but no view without stepping out at the dirty balcony and look through the highplaced window. The other reviews about this hotel are correct. It is very outdated and run down. The majority of rooms are in an extremely bad state.To be fair, som rooms have been renovated, but that does not really help when everything is else is so run down, including the breakfast room. The room I stayed in at the Victoria was worse than the cheap hotel I stayed in at Sunny Beach Bulgaria in 1990.... Awful furniture, smelly carpet, walls that have not been painted for ages.
