Stayed at hotel after reading review on Tripadvisor. We were staying overnight in Narvik prior to flying out the following morning at Evenes airport (Harstead/Narvik). We had been whale watching in Tysforjd - excellent! Although Norway is very expensive I expected more for the cost of a room. Our room was very small and basic. We spent one night here and were glad we did. The guesthouse is centrally located not far from the bus or train station, but it is uphill a few blocks from the main street. If you do not mind a steep walk, you will be rewarded with a great view. Our room was fine as was the shared bathroom/toilet facilities.... more
