Do not expect a luxurious hotel, may be there is no such hotel in Tromso. shabby room, even if we were upgraded to what they called minisuite, extremely dirty carpets everywhere, friendly and helpful staff, our daughter loved afternoon waffels and hot chocolate. we still don't know if what we found in the bathroom was a "complimentary showergel", or had been left by cleaning staff or other hotelguest. more

Don't be deceived by first impressions, remember you are in a "frontier town" 500km into the Arctic Circle.
