Well, we enjoyed our stay for 4 nights in the heart of Tromsø. The most important to say is that the service in the reception was excellent. Foul. Damp smelling. Window cunningly left ajar by staff to keep the musty foulness at bay - Note - it doesn't work. Mould creeping up the corners of the room behind the bed reminiscent of the set of a japanese horror movie. Bathroom equally foul. General air of uncleanliness.
