We booked our trip 2 months ago and paid in advance. We were traveling from Chicago to Oslo. Hotel emailed us 2 days before our departure to cancel our booking, because they were overbooked. They never offered to compensate us, or help us in 2 days to find another room. Horrible customer service. One can expect this from a hotel... more

This appartment is a breath of fresh air compaired to staying at a hotel. It was quite easy to locate even late at night, just head towards the scuplture park and you cant go far wrong.
