We've actually never gone wrong with Rica – in Malmö, Stockholm and now Oslo. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood that's quite close to the central area, palace and Frogner. The Rica Hotel Holberg was a very pleasant surprise--I had thought this would be a basic budget hotel, but it was much nicer than most such places I stayed.
