The hotel is in a great location in the centre of the city. Nice surroundings with the castle and park just across the road. However, the bar / discoteque in the same building is very noisy in the evenings and if you have a bedroom in that direction it is impossible to catch any sleep untill they close late night.... more

Nice hotel with a kitchen and that made it so convenient for us especially if you are on a special diet. Plus dining out in Norway is 2 times more expensive than USA. Big room. But really not so great staff. Cleaning is not the best, hotel can use some face lift and don't ask anything more from the front... more

Well located, looking ok from outside... Rooms have a little salon, like a small suite... But, once in the room it's dusty, carpets are very, very old; it smells even older, makes me itch just to write the post. 200€ a night....I'd pay 1/3 the price anytime, anywhere else. The only great thing about this hotel i s the location. Otherwise what you get is not worth the price. The bathroom was old and it took forever to get hot water in the shower.
