After three weeks of various European hotels and a rented student room in Oslo, Hotel Charme came as a welcome stay. Located on a quiet street a short walk from the city center, this small hotel gave us a modern, comfortable room. Not a lot of room to swing big luggage if you travel heavy but we don't and found...
