No air conditioning. The television had only a few channels. Room was small and cramped. They did have a nice breakfast buffet, and a round-the-clock expresso machine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you do go, these are the buses that will take you the 2 km from Bergen: 9, 20, 23, 24, 26, 50, 71,80, 90 more
