I stayed here for 2 weeks. Hotel is approx 4km's from downtown. The taxi service is quite expensive for that distance. Had a bunch of bad experiences with Norgestaxi so do not go with that company. Ten day visit. Arrived and put in a smoking room - I don’t smoke. Room so small there was no wardrobe; nowhere for my bags and only just enough room for my clothes.
