We stayed at this hotel for just one night and it was pretty full so we could only have a standard non sea view room. OK hotel -good location - stayed one night in a very small room at very top of hotel with no air conditioning and no lifts - unbearably hot - granted it was hot outside but as this hotel was new you would expect air conditioning ! This is not your typical British seaside hotel. It is smart and modern with great service. The rooms are not huge, but are clean and well equipped. The food is excellent, based mainly around some interesting seafood dishes. Breakfast was great as well. If you want a traditional dated, dirty, old fashioned seaside hotel, this is definitely not the place... more

Very nice hotel. Well staffed . Dont expect to get parked near the hotel. Over-priced for Eastbourne though. Eastbourne is a bit scruffy, or rather the locals are. There is a roaring trade in track suit bottoms for the blokes and leggings for teenage mums. I though it was a staging post for the Jeremy Kyle show. Any way nice... more

Discovered this little gem by pure accident, whilst looking for a weekend away by the sea. It opened earlier this year, so it still has that pristine new feel about it.
