Stayed over for just Saturday night - the owner was most friendly & helpful - room was small but comfortable & clean - I had a really good nights sleep. Next morning's breakfast was beautifully presented! It's not too far away from the nightlife 10 minutes walk - I'd happily stay again maybe for a couple of days next time more
Stayed here unexpectedly with my family after a booking in Brighton went wrong. Rang the bell to ask about room availability at around 9.15pm , answered quickly and straight away I felt welcome.
