We stayed at the Majestic for a 3 day break, the room was very nice with a seaview, however the bathroom was extremely basic and a little tatty, no shower. This hotel should be closed. It is old and dangerous. The dining room is situated in the basement - several stairs to navigate when the fire alarm sounds. It took us over 10 minutes to get out. Room small and grotty, dining room roof leaked when it rained the whole of the hotel is in a very poor state of decor. Food was a poor version of school diners and of a similar portion size. It should be shut down and refurbished totally. more
