Overall very disappointed, on the plus side room was excellent very clean and duvets on bed instead of blankets which was good. Although it is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel the room we were in smelt a lot of smoke. Their no-smoking policy in bedrooms is not working. Staff rather rude too. Didn't enjoy our stay here at all. There are better hotels than this in Eastbourne. I don't think this hotel warrants an AA 3X rating. more
