A lovely rustic inn with low ceilings and a warm welcome. Excellent choice of ale. We stayed in the George & Dragon room which was very roomy and well furnished. Lovely comfortable bed and good quality beding. Top quality breakfast cooked to order. I have no hesitation recommending this inn.

Went on Monday evening. Had the burger deal which was £14.50 which included a drink. There was a choice of burgers and I had the regular beefburger. It came with salad and chips. All very tasty! Lovely historic pub and friendly and efficient staff.

Absolute gem of a place to stay. One night in a room which had better facilities than many other hotels that charge twice the price. Would not hesitate to recomend The Lamb ... excellent food, lovely room and very friendly and welcoming hosts.

We had a lovely stay at The Lamb Inn, walking to down town main attractions and pier. Nice, traditional breakfast and clean room. The building itself is a must-see experience with old fireplaces and great character. Owners and other staff are helpful and keen to support on any inquiries.

Stayed with our grandchildren (6 & 8), had the family room which consisted of two bedrooms, small seating area and private bathroom. The rooms were very clean with crisp white bed linen, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe and fridge. There was a selection of hot drinks and biscuits. A really lovey touch was the fresh milk and a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival. Would highly recommend a stay here, everyone was friendly and helpful and finished off with an excellent full English Breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and will definitely stay here again when next in the area.

What a lovely place that is run by fantastic hosts and staff alike . Stayed for 2 nights and ate there both nights . Good honest home cooked food . The Harvey’s local ale was lovely too . A friendly place with a good mix of very friendly locals . Eastbourne seemed a lot nicer than Brighton , but that’s just personal choice .
