My husband and I stayed at the New Wilmington hotel for 3 night in June 2009. The hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean, the rooms are airy, quiet, and comfortable. This is my third stay at the New Wilmington. Welcoming staff make me feel like one of the family, which is great as I come from so far away and sometimes have a stressful visit helping elderly mother. Staff are very helpful. From our initial booking, staff were very helpful and friendly. Esatbourne now charges for parking, but this hotel have garages available at £6 per day, which is good value. If you don’t manage to get one of those spaces, we can provide a permit for other nearby parking areas for £1 per day, which is much cheaper...

Generally the best hotel we've had on a coach tour. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with ample storage space. The hotel is excellently located for the theatres, promenade etc. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment , but would have had the 'free' evening on the final night, to leave more time for packing etc. and an earlier night!... more

the new wilmington is an extemly good hotel, rooms well furnished, bathrooms pristinely clean, good and plentiful food and very helpful staff. definitely be recommending the hotel to friends and family and will come back mr and mrs r blackwell more

My Mum and I stay regularly at the New Wilmington, and we always have a lovely time. The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff really makes our holiday. The food is excellent, the rooms are so clean and comfortable, and the updating of the Reception area is very attractive. more
