We had a very good time on our New Year break at the Hotel. The food was very good - entertainment great - staff excellent especially our waitress Jasmin and her Mum. They were very happy in there work and it showed in the service they gave us. Thankyou so much

Although this hotel prides itself on "The best rated hotel in Eastbourne as rated by Tripadvisor", take that with a pinch of salt. It is NOT the best hotel in Eastbourne.

This was our 5th visit to this lovely hotel. Once again we were treated as old friends and had a lovely weekend break. The entertainment was good and the food delicious. Comfortable rooms and public areas.Lots of nice guests and staff, what more could you want.
